تقدر تحذف حسابك في تطبيق أزول (Azul Car Wash | مغسلة أزول) بطريقتين:
المزيد ← حذف الحساب. ينحذف الحساب في نفس اللحظة.
اكتب رقم جوالك المسجل وأرسل الطلب. يتأكد فريق أزول منك على نفس الرقم، ويحذف الحساب خلال 7 أيام.
اسمك ورقم جوالك وبريدك وسياراتك والأجهزة المسجلة للإشعارات. سجل الطلبات والفواتير يبقى بدون بياناتك الشخصية لأن الأنظمة تلزمنا فيه. أي رصيد باقي (المحفظة، الكاش باك، النقاط، غسلات الباقات) يسقط مع الحذف، فاستخدمه قبل.
You can delete your account in the Azul Car Wash app in two ways.
In the app: More → Delete account. The account is deleted at once.
Without the app: enter your registered mobile number in the form above and send the request. The Azul team confirms with you on that number and deletes the account within 7 days.
What is deleted: your name, mobile number, email, cars and the devices registered for notifications. Order and invoice records are kept without your personal details, as the regulations require. Any balance left (wallet, cashback, points, package washes) is given up with the deletion.
